Delivery coverage

Shadowbit ships across India to all major serviceable postal pin codes via premium logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC through our Shiprocket fulfillment pipeline. We do not support international shipping outside India for initial drops.

Group-buy production & dispatch timeline

Because Shadowbit keyboards are manufactured as bespoke editions with custom-machined knobs, factory-dampened acoustics, and dedicated chassis artwork, units are assembled upon completion of each drop cycle:

• Production Updates: Each drop page displays an estimated shipment window. Throughout the fabrication cycle, waitlist members and buyers receive clear milestone updates: PCB assembly, chassis finishing, acoustic quality inspection, customs clearance, and final domestic dispatch.
• Transit Duration: Once dispatched from our domestic hub in India, transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your metropolitan or regional pin code.
• Real-time Tracking: An automated SMS and email with your AWB tracking link is dispatched immediately upon courier handover.

Protective packaging

Every Shadowbit mechanical keyboard is encased in high-density custom foam within a rigid collectors box, enclosed inside a reinforced outer corrugated shipping box to withstand transit shocks. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package to facilitate immediate courier resolution in the rare event of transit damage.

Address modifications

Need to update your delivery address? You may change your shipping address any time prior to final courier dispatch by writing to orders@shadowbit.in with your order confirmation number.

Damaged shipments

If an outer carton shows severe structural damage upon arrival, report it to the courier upon delivery and email support@shadowbit.in within 7 days with photographs. For replacement procedures, review our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
